People Behind the Software

Billy Shivers

Billy Shivers is a co-founder of Loma Vista Software, with a primary focus on writing the code behind the software.

Billy graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. He also enjoyed a very fulfilling basketball career while attending the "U of R".

He enjoys being with his family, watching sports, playing guitar, and being outside when the weather is nice.

Brian Vercelli

Brian Vercelli is a co-founder of Loma Vista Software, with primary focuses on application research, support and development. With experience in software research and implementation, he is the overseer of all software and application releases.

Mr. Vercelli graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Geography with an emphasis in Geographic Information Systems.

Outside of work he is an avid sports fan, hiker, mountain biker and enjoys the outdoors.
